Quay County Criminal Court Cases

The final judgment or dismissal is often the key document. A docket event alone may not state all terms with the precision of a signed order.
Quay County Certified Court Records

Its clerk counter is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. The one-hour lunch closure differs from the Magistrate schedule. Tucumcari Municipal Court deals with city ordinance and municipal traffic matters. A city citation is not automatically stored in the District or Magistrate clerk's paper file.
